Japanese Inspire: This form of massage is based on acupressure points and meridian mobilization to balance the energy system.

Thai Traditional Massage: This massage technique also involves the use of some Yoga postures, hand, feet and face reflexology, passive stretching, pressures along the body. Great for persons with stiffness and joint restriction.
